The AAMP aamp (Catalog #MBS416035) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-AAMP Antibody reacts with Human, Rat, Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s AAMP can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Peptide ELISA (EIA), Western Blot (WB).
Recommended dilutions:
Peptide ELISA: 1:20,000
WB: 1:200 - 1:1000
Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the AAMP aamp for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.

The AAMP aamp product has the following accession number(s) (GI #4557229) (NCBI Accession #NP_001078.1). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the Anti-AAMP Antibody with the following immunoassay(s):
Western Blot (WB)
Western Blot (WB) AAMP.

The gene product is an immunoglobulin-type protein. It is found to be expressed strongly in endothelial cells cytotrophoblasts, and poorly differentiated colon adenocarcinoma cells found in lymphatics. The protein contains a heparin-binding domain and mediates heparin-sensitive cell adhesion.

Storage Buffer: PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% Sodium Azide. Immunogen: Synthetic peptide conjugated to KLH. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing AAMP are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as AAMP may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. Blood, Bone, Brain, Connective Tissue, Embryonic Tissue, Eye, Intestine, Muscle, Prostate, Vascular tissues are correlated with this protein. Adenocarcinoma, Arteriosclerosis, Atherosclerosis, Breast Neoplasms, Death, Heart Diseases, Hemorrhage, Hypertension, Neoplasms, Experimental, Neurobehavioral Manifestations are some of the diseases may be linked to Anti-AAMP Antibody. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene.
