The ACTR3B actr3b (Catalog #MBS624618) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The ACTR3B, CT (Actin-related Protein 3B, Actin-like Protein 3B, ARP3-beta, Actin-related Protein ARP4, ARP4, ARP11) reacts with Human, Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s ACTR3B can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EL/EIA), Western Blot (WB).Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.
Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000
Western Blot: 1:100-1:500. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the ACTR3B actr3b for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The ACTR3B actr3b product has the following accession number(s) (GI #9966913) (NCBI Accession #NP_065178.1) (Uniprot Accession #Q9P1U1). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the ACTR3B, CT (Actin-related Protein 3B, Actin-like Protein 3B, ARP3-beta, Actin-related Protein ARP4, ARP4, ARP11) with the following immunoassay(s):
Western Blot (WB) (Western blot analysis of ACTR3B Antibody (C-term) in K562, CEM, HL-60 cell line lysates (35ug/lane). ACTR3B (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.)
Western Blot (WB) (Western blot analysis of ACTR3B Antibody (C-term) in mouse bladder tissue lysates (35ug/lane). ACTR3B (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.)
ACTR3B plays a role in the organization of the actin cytoskeleton. It may function as ATP-binding component of the Arp2/3 complex which is involved in regulation of actin polymerization and together with an activating nucleation-promoting factor (NPF) mediates the formation of branched actin networks and may decrease the metastatic potential of tumors.
Immunogen: Synthetic peptide selected from the C-terminal region of human ACTR3B (KLH). In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing ACTR3B are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as ACTR3B may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. Lung tissues are correlated with this protein.
