The ADAMTS3 adamts3 (Catalog #MBS416120) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-ADAMTS3 Antibody reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s ADAMTS3 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Peptide ELISA (EIA), Western Blot (WB).Recommended dilutions:
Peptide ELISA: 1:80,000
WB: 1:1000 - 1:2000
Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the ADAMTS3 adamts3 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The ADAMTS3 adamts3 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #124376558) (NCBI Accession #AAI32736.1). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the Anti-ADAMTS3 Antibody with the following immunoassay(s):
Western Blot (WB)
This gene encodes a member of the ADAMTS (a disintegrin and metalloproteinase with thrombospondin motifs) protein family. Members of the family share several distinct protein modules, including a propeptide region, a metalloproteinase domain, a disintegrin-like domain, and a thrombospondin type 1 (TS) motif. Individual members of this family differ in the number of C-terminal TS motifs, and some have unique C-terminal domains. This gene is the major procollagen II N-propeptidase. A deficiency of this protein may be responsible for dermatosparaxis, a genetic defect of connective tissues.
Storage Buffer: PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% Sodium Azide. Immunogen: Synthetic peptide conjugated to KLH. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing ADAMTS3 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as ADAMTS3 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. Blood, Brain, Embryonic Tissue, Lung, Muscle, Placenta tissues are correlated with this protein. Blood Coagulation Disorders, Breast Neoplasms, Congenital Abnormalities, Embryo Loss, Hemorrhage, Immune System Diseases, Necrosis are some of the diseases may be linked to Anti-ADAMTS3 Antibody.
