The ADCY7 adcy7 (Catalog #MBS9413256) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The ADCY7 Antibody reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s ADCY7 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistochemistry (IHC).
Immunohistochemistry: 1:25-1:100. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the ADCY7 adcy7 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.

The ADCY7 adcy7 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #4557255) (NCBI Accession #NP_001105.1) (Uniprot Accession #P51828). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the ADCY7 Antibody with the following immunoassay(s):
Immunohistochemistry (IHC) (Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded Human breast cancer tissue using at dilution 1/60.)
Immunohistochemistry (IHC) ADCY7.

This gene encodes a membrane-bound adenylate cyclase that catalyses the formation of cyclic AMP from ATP and is inhibitable by calcium. The product of this gene is a member of the adenylyl cyclase class-4/guanylyl cyclase enzyme family that is characterized by the presence of twelve membrane-spanning domains in its sequences.

Immunogen Type: Peptide
Immunogen Description: Synthetic peptide corresponding to a region derived from internal residues of human adenylate cyclase 7. Target Name: ADCY7. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing ADCY7 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as ADCY7 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. Cardiovascular Diseases, Depressive Disorder, Disease Models, Animal, Inflammation, Leukemia, Myeloid, Acute, Vascular Diseases are some of the diseases may be linked to ADCY7 Antibody. ADCY7 also interacts with the following gene(s): PDE4A. Blood, Brain, Nerve, Testis tissues are correlated with this protein. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene.
