The ANXA4 anxa4 (Catalog #MBS9413151) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The ANXA4 Antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s ANXA4 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC).Western blotting: 1:200-1:1000
Immunohistochemistry: 1:15-1:50. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the ANXA4 anxa4 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The ANXA4 anxa4 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #4502105) (NCBI Accession #NP_001144.1) (Uniprot Accession #P09525). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the ANXA4 Antibody with the following immunoassay(s):
Testing Data (Gel: 8%SDS-PAGE Lysates (from left to right): Raw264.7 cell and human fetal liver tissue Amount of lysate: 40ug per lane Primary antibody: 1/400 dilution Secondary antibody dilution: 1/8000 Exposure time: 3 seconds)
Immunohistochemistry (IHC) (Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded Human thyroid cancer tissue using at dilution 1/20.)
Annexin IV (ANX4) belongs to the annexin family of calcium-dependent phospholipid binding proteins. Although their functions are still not clearly defined, several members of the annexin family have been implicated in membrane-related events along exocytotic and endocytotic pathways. ANX4 has 45 to 59% identity with other members of its family and shares a similar size and exon-intron organization. Isolated from human placenta, ANX4 encodes a protein that has possible interactions with ATP, and has in vitro anticoagulant activity and also inhibits phospholipase A2 activity. ANX4 is almost exclusively expressed in epithelial cells.
Immunogen Type: Recombinant Protein
Immunogen Description: Fusion protein corresponding to residues near the N terminal of human annexin A4. Target Name: ANXA4. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing ANXA4 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as ANXA4 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. Carcinoma, Carcinoma, Renal Cell, Disease Models, Animal, Drug-Related Side Effects and Adverse Reactions, Hyperplasia, Inflammation, Lung Diseases, Lung Neoplasms, Necrosis, Prostatic Neoplasms are some of the diseases may be linked to ANXA4 Antibody.
