The ASNS asns (Catalog #MBS9210300) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The ASNS Antibody (N-term) reacts with Human, mouse (Predicted Reactivity: Bovine, Hamster, Rat) and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s ASNS can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), ELISA (EIA).WB~~1:1000. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the ASNS asns for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The ASNS asns product has the following accession number(s) (GI #296010848) (NCBI Accession #NP_001171546.1) (Uniprot Accession #P08243). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the ASNS Antibody (N-term) with the following immunoassay(s):
Western Blot (WB) (ASNS Antibody (N-term) western blot analysis in WiDr cell line lysates (35ug/lane).This demonstrates the ASNS antibody detected the ASNS protein (arrow).)
Western Blot (WB) (ASNS Antibody (N-term) western blot analysis in mouse testis tissue lysates (35ug/lane).This demonstrates the ASNS antibody detected the ASNS protein (arrow).)
The protein encoded by this gene is involved in the
synthesis of asparagine. This gene complements a mutation in the
temperature-sensitive hamster mutant ts11, which blocks progression
through the G1 phase of the cell cycle at nonpermissive
temperature. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been
described for this gene.
Antigen Type: Synthetic Peptide. Antigen Source: HUMAN. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing ASNS are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as ASNS may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. Blood, Bone, Bone Marrow, Brain, Eye, Kidney, Liver, Lung, Muscle, Vascular tissues are correlated with this protein. Breast Neoplasms, Carcinoma, Hepatocellular, Cardiovascular Diseases, Fibrosis, Hypertension, Inflammation, Liver Diseases, Liver Neoplasms, Nervous System Diseases, Seizures are some of the diseases may be linked to ASNS Antibody (N-term).
