The ATG7 atg7 (Catalog #MBS9202368) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The APG7L Antibody (D555) reacts with Human (Predicted Reactivity: Chicken, Mouse, Rat) and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s APG7L can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), ELISA (EIA), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS).WB~~1:1000. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the ATG7 atg7 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The ATG7 atg7 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #222144227) (NCBI Accession #NP_001129503.2) (Uniprot Accession #O95352). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the APG7L Antibody (D555) with the following immunoassay(s):
Western Blot (WB) (hAPG7L-D555 (PEI 1:100)b western blot analysis in Hela cell line lysates (35ug/lane).This demonstrates the APG7L antibody detected the APG7L protein (arrow).)
Immunohistochemistry (IHC) (APG7L Antibody(D555) immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human liver tissue followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of APG7L Antibody(D555) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.)
Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS) (APG7L Antibody flow cytometric analysis of Hela cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram).FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.)
This gene was identified based on homology to Pichia
pastoris GSA7 and Saccharomyces cerevisiae APG7. In the yeast, the
protein appears to be required for fusion of peroxisomal and
vacuolar membranes. The protein shows homology to the ATP-binding
and catalytic sites of the E1 ubiquitin activating enzymes.
Antigen Type: Synthetic Peptide. Antigen Source: HUMAN. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing ATG7 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as ATG7 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. Adenocarcinoma, Breast Neoplasms, Carcinoma, Hepatocellular, Cardiovascular Diseases, Heart Diseases, Inflammation, Liver Diseases, Liver Neoplasms, Necrosis, Nervous System Diseases are some of the diseases may be linked to APG7L Antibody (D555).
