|The C1D c1d (Catalog #MBS9402911) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The C1D antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s C1D can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunofluorescence (IF).
Western blotting: 1:500 - 1:2000
Immunofluorescence: 1:50 - 1:100. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the C1D c1d for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The C1D c1d product has the following accession number(s) (GI #298231253) (NCBI Accession #NP_001177192.1) (Uniprot Accession #Q13901). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the C1D antibody with the following immunoassay(s):
Immunofluorescence (IF) (Immunofluorescence analysis of HeLa cell using C1D antibody. Blue: DAPI for nuclear staining.)
The protein encoded by this gene is a DNA binding and apoptosis-inducing protein and is localized in the nucleus. It is also a Rac3-interacting protein which acts as a corepressor for the thyroid hormone receptor. This protein is thought to regulate TRAX/Translin complex formation. Alternate splicing results in multiple transcript variants that encode the same protein. Multiple pseudogenes of this gene are found on chromosome 10.
Immunogen Type: Recombinant Protein
Immunogen Description: Recombinant protein of human C1D. Target Name: C1D. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing C1D are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as C1D may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. C1D also interacts with the following gene(s): EXOSC10. Disease Models, Animal, Hypertrophy, Infertility, Male, Liver Diseases, Neoplasms, Experimental, Ovarian Diseases, Pneumonia, Weight Loss are some of the diseases may be linked to C1D antibody. Blood, Brain, Eye, Liver, Muscle, Nerve, Ovary, Pancreas, Placenta, Vascular tissues are correlated with this protein. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene.
