The Ccl17 ccl17 (Catalog #MBS629675) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The TARC, Human (Thymus and Activation Regulated Chemokine) (Biotin) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s TARC can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EL/EIA), Western Blot (WB), Neutralization.ELISA: 100ul/well antibody solutionwill detect 0.5ug/ml of this antibody (0.2-0.4 ng/well of recombinant hI-309).
Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml will detect 1.5-3.0ng/lane under either reducing or non-reducing conditions. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the Ccl17 ccl17 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The Ccl17 ccl17 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #5102778) (Uniprot Accession #Q9WUZ6). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Human TARC is a recently discovered protein belonging to the beta-chemokine (C-C) family of cytokines, secreted by activated monocytes, thymic and lymph node dendritic. It is chemotactic towards activated T cells (Th2 subset) which express express CCR4 but ineffective on monocytes. Human TARC is an 8.0kD protein containing 71 amino acid residues.
Immunogen: Highly purified recombinant human TARC. Reconstitution: Lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20 degree C. When reconstituted in sterile water to a concentration of ~0.2mg/ml the antibody is stable for at least six weeks at 2-4 degree C. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing Ccl17 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as Ccl17 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. Mixed, Pancreas, Stomach, Thymus tissues are correlated with this protein. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. Asthma, Dermatitis, Atopic, Dermatitis, Contact, Eosinophilia, Hypersensitivity, Inflammation, Lung Diseases, Neoplasms, Respiratory Hypersensitivity, Respiratory Tract Diseases are some of the diseases may be linked to TARC, Human (Thymus and Activation Regulated Chemokine) (Biotin).
