The CCL25 ccl25 (Catalog #MBS6003276) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The CCL25, ID (CCL25, SCYA25, TECK, C-C motif chemokine 25, Chemokine TECK, Small-inducible cytokine A25, Thymus-expressed chemokine) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s CCL25 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EL/EIA), Western Blot (WB).Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA
Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000
Western Blot: 1:100-500. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CCL25 ccl25 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The CCL25 ccl25 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #22538796) (NCBI Accession #NP_005615.2) (Uniprot Accession #O15444). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the CCL25, ID (CCL25, SCYA25, TECK, C-C motif chemokine 25, Chemokine TECK, Small-inducible cytokine A25, Thymus-expressed chemokine) with the following immunoassay(s):
Western Blot (WB) (CCL25 Antibody (Center) western blot analysis in MDA-MB453 cell line lysates (35ug/lane).This demonstrates the CCL25 antibody detected the CCL25 protein (arrow).)
This gene belongs to the subfamily of small cytokine CC genes. Cytokines are a family of secreted proteins involved in immunoregulatory and inflammatory processes. The CC cytokines are proteins characterized by two adjacent cysteines. The cytokine encoded by this gene displays chemotactic activity for dendritic cells, thymocytes, and activated macrophages but is inactive on peripheral blood lymphocytes and neutrophils. The product of this gene binds to chemokine receptor CCR9.
Immunogen: CCL25 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 65-95 amino acids from the Central region of human CCL25. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing CCL25 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as CCL25 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. Lung, Mixed, Stomach, Testis, Thymus tissues are correlated with this protein. Atrophy, Carcinoma, Gastrointestinal Diseases, Inflammation, Liver Diseases, Lymphoma, Necrosis, Neoplasm Metastasis, Neoplasms, Neoplasms, Experimental are some of the diseases may be linked to CCL25, ID (CCL25, SCYA25, TECK, C-C motif chemokine 25, Chemokine TECK, Small-inducible cytokine A25, Thymus-expressed chemokine).
