The CD105 / Endoglin n/a (Catalog #MBS355054) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-CD105 / Endoglin antibody reacts with Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s CD105 / Endoglin can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB).WB (1:500). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CD105 / Endoglin n/a for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the Anti-CD105 / Endoglin antibody with the following immunoassay(s):
Western Blot (WB)
Endoglin (CD105) is a cell surface component of the transforming growth factor-beta (TGF-beta) receptor complex highly expressed by endothelial cells. It may be involved in the binding of TGF-beta1, TGF-beta3, activin-A, BMP-2, and BMP-7. Mutations in the endoglin gene are responsible for the hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia type 1 (HHT1), also known as Osler-Weber-Rendu syndrome.1 This gene also plays an important role in cardiovascular development and vascular remodeling.2 Endoglin levels have been found to be elevated in pregnant women who subsequently develop preeclampsia.3.
Immunogen: A synthetic peptide (conjugated with KLH) corresponding to the extracellular region of mouse CD105. Storage Buffer: In TBS (pH7.4), 0.5% BSA, 40% Glycerol and 0.05% Sodium Azide

Available antibodies recognizing CD105 / Endoglin are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as CD105 / Endoglin may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results.
