The COPB1 copb1 (Catalog #MBS6003791) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The COPB1, ID (COPB1, COPB, Coatomer subunit beta, Beta-coat protein) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s COPB1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EL/EIA), Western Blot (WB).Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA
Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000
Western Blot: 1:100-500. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the COPB1 copb1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The COPB1 copb1 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #288860138) (NCBI Accession #NP_001165837.1) (Uniprot Accession #D2SW95). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the COPB1, ID (COPB1, COPB, Coatomer subunit beta, Beta-coat protein) with the following immunoassay(s):
Western Blot (WB) (COPB1 Antibody (Center) western blot analysis in MDA-MB231 cell line lysates (35ug/lane).This demonstrates the COPB1 antibody detected the COPB1 protein (arrow).)
This gene encodes a protein subunit of the coatomer complex associated with non-clathrin coated vesicles. The coatomer complex, also known as the coat protein complex 1, forms in the cytoplasm and is recruited to the Golgi by activated guanosine triphosphatases. Once at the Golgi membrane, the coatomer complex may assist in the movement of protein and lipid components back to the endoplasmic reticulum. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been described.
Immunogen: COPB1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 350-380 amino acids from the Central region of human COPB1. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing COPB1 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as COPB1 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. Heart, Muscle tissues are correlated with this protein. Weight Loss are some of the diseases may be linked to COPB1, ID (COPB1, COPB, Coatomer subunit beta, Beta-coat protein).
