The CORO1C coro1c (Catalog #MBS647017) is an Antibody produced from Goat and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The CORO1C (Coronin 3, Coronin-1C, Coronin-3, hCRNN4, CRNN4) reacts with Bovine, Human, Porcine and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s CORO1C can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EL/EIA), Western Blot (WB).Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.
Dilution: ELISA: 1:64,000
Western Blot: 0.2-1ug/ml, observed in human lung and placenta lysates on ~55kD bands. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CORO1C coro1c for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The CORO1C coro1c product has the following accession number(s) (GI #451172106) (NCBI Accession #NP_001263400.1) (Uniprot Accession #Q9ULV4). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the CORO1C (Coronin 3, Coronin-1C, Coronin-3, hCRNN4, CRNN4) with the following immunoassay(s):
Western Blot (WB) (staining (0.2ug/ml) of human lung lysate (RIPA buffer, 35ug total protein per lane). Primary incubated for 1 hour. Detected by western blot using chemiluminescence.)
Coronin 3 is a member of the WD repeat protein family. WD repeats are minimally conserved regions of approximately 40aa typically bracketed by gly-his and trp-asp (GH-WD). These may facilitate formation of heterotrimeric or multiprotein complexes. Members of this family are involved in a variety of cellular processes, including cell cycle progression, signal transduction, apoptosis, and gene regulation. By similarity, Coronin 3 may be involved in cytokinesis, motility, and signal transduction. Coronin 3 is ubiquitously expressed in all human tissues, in contrast to other known coronin-like molecules, each of which is expressed in a tissue-specific manner.
Immunogen: Synthetic peptide corresponding to C-RISKLEQQMAKIAA, from human CORO1C, at C-terminal (NP_055140.1). In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing CORO1C are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as CORO1C may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. Brain, Kidney, Muscle, Vascular tissues are correlated with this protein.
