|The CPVL cpvl (Catalog #MBS9125976) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The CPVL Polyclonal Antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s CPVL can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC).
IHC: 1:100-1:200. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CPVL cpvl for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The CPVL cpvl product has the following accession number(s) (GI #67476930) (NCBI Accession #Q9H3G5.2) (Uniprot Accession #Q9H3G5). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the CPVL Polyclonal Antibody with the following immunoassay(s):
Western Blot (WB) (Western blot analysis of extracts of 293T cells, using CPVL antibody at 1:1000 dilution.
Secondary antibody: HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) (MBS128200) at 1:10000 dilution.
Lysates/proteins: 25ug per lane.
Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST.
Detection: ECL Basic Kit.
Exposure time: 90s.)
The protein encoded by this gene is a carboxypeptidase and bears strong sequence similarity to serine carboxypeptidases. Carboxypeptidases are a large class of proteases that act to cleave a single amino acid from the carboxy termini of proteins or peptides. The exact function of this protein, however, has not been determined. At least two alternatively spliced transcripts which encode the same protein have been observed.
Immunogen: Recombinant Protein. Immunogen: Recombinant protein of human CPVL
Calculated Molecular Weight: 54kDa. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing CPVL are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as CPVL may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. Brain Diseases, Death, Inflammation, Kidney Diseases, Necrosis, Neurobehavioral Manifestations, Prenatal Exposure Delayed Effects, Prenatal Injuries, Proteinuria, Weight Gain are some of the diseases may be linked to CPVL Polyclonal Antibody. Blood, Brain, Heart, Kidney, Lung, Placenta, Skin, Spleen tissues are correlated with this protein.
