|The CSF3R csf3r (Catalog #MBS9212169) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The CSF3R Antibody (Center) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s CSF3R can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), ELISA (EIA), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS).
WB~~1:1000. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CSF3R csf3r for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The CSF3R csf3r product has the following accession number(s) (GI #4503081) (NCBI Accession #NP_000751.1) (Uniprot Accession #Q99062). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the CSF3R Antibody (Center) with the following immunoassay(s):
Western Blot (WB) (Western blot analysis of CSF3R Antibody (Center) in HL-60 cell line lysates (35ug/lane). CSF3R (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.)
Immunohistochemistry (IHC) (Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human colon carcinoma reacted with CSF3R Antibody (Center), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.)
Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS) (CSF3R Antibody (Center) FC analysis of ZR-75-1 cells (bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.)
CSF3R is the receptor for colony stimulating factor 3, a cytokine that controls the production, differentiation, and function of granulocytes. The encoded protein, which is a member of the family of cytokine receptors, may also function in some cell surface adhesion or recognition processes. Four transcript variants encoding four different isoforms have been found for this gene, with three of the isoforms being membrane-bound and the other being secreted and soluble.
Antigen Type: Synthetic Peptide. Antigen Source: HUMAN. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing CSF3R are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as CSF3R may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results.
