|The CXCL11 cxcl11 (Catalog #MBS625468) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Interferon-inducible T Cell Alpha Chemoattractant, Human (I-TAC) (Biotin) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s Interferon-inducible T Cell Alpha Chemoattractant can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EL/EIA), Western Blot (WB), Neutralization.
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, and neutralization.
Dilution: Neutralization: To yield one-half maximal inhibition [NND50] of the biological activity of hI-TAC (100 ng/ml), a concentration of 2.0-3.0 ug/ml of this antibody is required.
ELISA: To detect hI-TAC by direct ELISA (using 100µl/well antibody solution) a concentration of at least 0.15-0.30ug/ml of this antibody is required. This antigen affinity purified antibody, in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, allows the detection of 0.2ng/well of recombinant hI-TAC.
Western Blot: To detect hI-TAC by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.1-0.2 ug/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant hI-TAC is 1.5-3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CXCL11 cxcl11 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The CXCL11 cxcl11 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #3219693) (Uniprot Accession #O14625). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Country of Origin: USA. Reconstitution: Use sterile PBS solution with 0.1% BSA to a concentration of 50ug/ml. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing CXCL11 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as CXCL11 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. CXCL11 also interacts with the following gene(s): CCR3, CXCR3, DPP4. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. Bone Marrow, Intestine, Liver, Lung, Mouth, Muscle, Salivary Gland, Skin, Uterus, Vascular tissues are correlated with this protein.
