The CXCR1 cxcr1 (Catalog #MBS415620) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. MyBioSource\'s CXCR1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EIA), Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC).ELISA titer: 1:20,000-1:80,000
Western blot analysis: 1:500-1:1,000
Immunohistochemistry: 1:100-1:500
Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CXCR1 cxcr1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The CXCR1 cxcr1 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #62911779) (NCBI Accession #AAY21515.1). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Testing Data
This gene is a member of the G-protein-coupled receptor family. This protein is a receptor for interleukin 8 (IL8). It binds to IL8 with high affinity, and transduces the signal through a G-protein activated second messenger system. Knockout studies in mice suggested that this protein inhibits embryonic oligodendrocyte precursor migration in developing spinal cord. This gene, IL8RB, a gene encoding another high affinity IL8 receptor, as well as IL8RBP, a pseudogene of IL8RB, form a gene cluster in a region mapped to chromosome 2q33-q36. Storage Buffer: PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% Sodium Azide. Immunogen: Rabbit polyclonal CXCR1 (1) antibody was raised against a peptide from N terminal residues of human CXCR1 protein. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing CXCR1 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as CXCR1 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. Blood, Bone, Bone Marrow, Brain, Heart, Intestine, Liver, Lung, Spleen, Thymus tissues are correlated with this protein. Adenocarcinoma, Heart Diseases, Inflammation, Kidney Diseases, Liver Diseases, Lung Diseases, Necrosis, Neoplasms, Experimental, Nervous System Diseases, Skin Diseases are some of the diseases may be linked to Anti-CXCR1 Antibody. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene.
