The DAP3 dap3 (Catalog #MBS9402919) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The DAP3 Antibody reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s DAP3 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EIA), Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC).
ELISA: 1:1000-1:5000
Western blotting: 1:200-1:1000
Immunohistochemistry: 1:5-1:20. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the DAP3 dap3 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.

The DAP3 dap3 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #77567641) (NCBI Accession #BC107488). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Immunohistochemistry (IHC) DAP3.

This gene encodes a 28S subunit protein that also participates in apoptotic pathways which are initiated by tumor necrosis factor-alpha, Fas ligand, and gamma interferon. This protein potentially binds ATP/GTP and might be a functional partner of the mitoribosomal protein S27. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been found for this gene. Pseudogenes corresponding to this gene are found on chromosomes 1q and 2q.

Immunogen Type: Recombinant protein
Immunogen Description: Fusion protein corresponding to a C terminal 300 amino acids of human death associated protein 3. Target Name: DAP3. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing DAP3 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as DAP3 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. Blood, Bone, Connective Tissue, Heart, Liver, Lung, Lymph Node, Stomach, Thymus, Vascular tissues are correlated with this protein. Atrophy, Breast Neoplasms, Cardiovascular Diseases, Disease Models, Animal, Embryo Loss, Immune System Diseases, Inflammation, Learning Disorders, Necrosis, Nervous System Diseases are some of the diseases may be linked to DAP3 Antibody.
