The DDK1 dkk1 (Catalog #MBS9414803) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The DDK1 Antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s DDK1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistochemistry (IHC).Immunohistochemistry: 1:25-1:100. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the DDK1 dkk1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The DDK1 dkk1 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #7110719) (NCBI Accession #NP_036374.1) (Uniprot Accession #O94907). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the DDK1 Antibody with the following immunoassay(s):
Immunohistochemistry (IHC) (Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded Human liver cancer tissue using at dilution 1/35.)
Immunohistochemistry (IHC) (Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded Human brain tissue using at dilution 1/35.)
This gene encodes a protein that is a member of the dickkopf family. It is a secreted protein with two cysteine rich regions and is involved in embryonic development through its inhibition of the WNT signaling pathway. Elevated levels of DKK1 in bone marrow plasma and peripheral blood is associated with the presence of osteolytic bone lesions in patients with multiple myeloma.
Immunogen Type: Peptide
Immunogen Description: Synthetic peptide corresponding to residues near the C terminal of human dickkopf WNT signaling pathway inhibitor 1. Target Name: DDK1. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing DDK1 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as DDK1 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. Bone, Bone Marrow, Brain, Connective Tissue, Embryonic Tissue, Liver, Lung, Muscle, Skin, Vascular tissues are correlated with this protein. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. DDK1 also interacts with the following gene(s): CTNNB1, KREMEN1, KREMEN2, LRP5, LRP6, MYC, TCF7L2, TP53, WNT1, WNT3A. Brain Diseases, Breast Neoplasms, Carcinoma, Hepatocellular, Cardiovascular Diseases, Fractures, Bone, Hematologic Diseases, Inflammation, Liver Diseases, Necrosis, Nervous System Diseases are some of the diseases may be linked to DDK1 Antibody.
