The ETV6 etv6 (Catalog #MBS9402997) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The ETV6 Antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s ETV6 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC).Western blotting: 1:500 - 1:2000
Immunohistochemistry: 1:50 - 1:100. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the ETV6 etv6 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The ETV6 etv6 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #4503611) (NCBI Accession #NP_001978.1) (Uniprot Accession #P41212). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the ETV6 Antibody with the following immunoassay(s):
Western Blot (WB) (Western blot analysis of extracts of A431 cell lines, using ETV6 antibody.)
Immunohistochemistry (IHC) (Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human lung cancer using ETV6 antibody at dilution of 1:200 (400x lens).)
Immunohistochemistry (IHC) (Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human lung using ETV6 antibody at dilution of 1:200 (400x lens).)
Immunohistochemistry (IHC) (Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human esophagus using ETV6 antibody at dilution of 1:200 (400x lens).)
This gene encodes an ETS family transcription factor. The product of this gene contains two functional domains: a N-terminal pointed (PNT) domain that is involved in protein-protein interactions with itself and other proteins, and a C-terminal DNA-binding domain. Gene knockout studies in mice suggest that it is required for hematopoiesis and maintenance of the developing vascular network. This gene is known to be involved in a large number of chromosomal rearrangements associated with leukemia and congenital fibrosarcoma.
Immunogen Type: Recombinant Protein
Immunogen Description: Recombinant protein of human ETV6. Target Name: ETV6. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing ETV6 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as ETV6 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. Adenocarcinoma, Anemia, Breast Neoplasms, Cell Transformation, Neoplastic, Hematologic Neoplasms, Kidney Diseases, Leukemia, Myeloid, Acute, Neoplasms, Experimental, Nervous System Diseases, Precursor B-Cell Lymphoblastic Leukemia-Lymphoma are some of the diseases may be linked to ETV6 Antibody.
