The FBXO21 fbxo21 (Catalog #MBS6007776) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The FBXO21, CT (FBXO21, FBX21, KIAA0875, F-box only protein 21) reacts with Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s FBXO21 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EL/EIA), Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC).Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, ELISA
Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000
Western Blot: 1:100-500
Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-100. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the FBXO21 fbxo21 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The FBXO21 fbxo21 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #71051436) (NCBI Accession #AAH34045.1) (Uniprot Accession #O94952). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the FBXO21, CT (FBXO21, FBX21, KIAA0875, F-box only protein 21) with the following immunoassay(s):
Western Blot (WB) (FBXO21 Antibody (C-term) western blot analysis in mouse brain tissue lysates (35ug/lane).This demonstrates the FBXO21 antibody detected the FBXO21 protein (arrow).)
Immunohistochemistry (IHC) (FBXO21 Antibody (C-term) immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human brain tissue followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of FBXO21 Antibody (C-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.)
This gene encodes a member of the F-box protein family which is characterized by an approximately 40 amino acid motif, the F-box. The F-box proteins constitute one of the four subunits of ubiquitin protein ligase complex called SCFs (SKP1-cullin-F-box), which function in phosphorylation-dependent ubiquitination. The F-box proteins are divided into 3 classes: Fbws containing WD-40 domains, Fbls containing leucine-rich repeats, and Fbxs containing either different protein-protein interaction modules or no recognizable motifs. The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the Fbxs class. Alternative splicing of this gene generates 2 transcript variants.
Immunogen: FBXO21 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 474-503 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human FBXO21. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing FBXO21 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as FBXO21 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results.
