The GLMN glmn (Catalog #MBS6001045) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The GLMN, CT (GLMN, FAP48, FAP68, VMGLOM, Glomulin, FK506-binding protein-associated protein, FKBP-associated protein) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s GLMN can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EL/EIA), Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS).Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Flow Cytometry, ELISA
Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000
Western Blot: 1:100-500
Immunohistochemistry: 1:10-50
Flow Cytometry: 1:10-50. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the GLMN glmn for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The GLMN glmn product has the following accession number(s) (GI #16933537) (NCBI Accession #NP_444504.1) (Uniprot Accession #Q92990). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the GLMN, CT (GLMN, FAP48, FAP68, VMGLOM, Glomulin, FK506-binding protein-associated protein, FKBP-associated protein) with the following immunoassay(s):
Western Blot (WB) (GLMN Antibody (C-term) western blot analysis in MDA-MB231,HepG2 cell line lysates (35ug/lane).This demonstrates the GLMN antibody detected the GLMN protein (arrow).)
Immunohistochemistry (IHC) (GLMN Antibody (C-term) immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human bladder carcinoma followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of GLMN Antibody (C-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.)
Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS) (GLMN Antibody (C-term) flow cytometric analysis of K562 cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram).FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.)
This gene encodes a phosphorylated protein that is a member of a Skp1-Cullin-F-box-like complex. The protein is essential for normal development of the vasculature and mutations in this gene have been associated with glomuvenous malformations, also called glomangiomas. Alternatively spliced variants that encode different protein isoforms have been described but the full-length nature of only one has been determined. [provided by RefSeq].
Immunogen: GLMN antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 505-533 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human GLMN. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing GLMN are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as GLMN may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results.
