The GTF3A gtf3a (Catalog #MBS9606028) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The GTF3A Antibody reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s GTF3A can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunofluorescence (IF), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), ELISA (EIA).WB: 1:500-1:1000
IF/ICC: 1:100-1:500. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the GTF3A gtf3a for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The GTF3A gtf3a product has the following accession number(s) (GI #166063995) (NCBI Accession #NP_002088.2) (Uniprot Accession #Q92664). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the GTF3A Antibody with the following immunoassay(s):
Immunofluorescence (IF) (MBS9606028 staining Hela by IF/ICC. The sample were fixed with PFA and permeabilized in 0.1% Triton X-100, then blocked in 10% serum for 45 minutes at 25 degree C. The primary antibody was diluted at 1/200 and incubated with the sample for 1 hour at 37 degree C. An Alexa Fluor 594 conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (H+L) Ab, diluted at 1/600, was used as the secondary antibody.)
Western Blot (WB) (Western blot analysis of extracts from Jurkat cells, using GTF3A antibody.)
Function: Involved in ribosomal large subunit biogenesis. Binds the approximately 50 base pairs internal control region (ICR) of 5S ribosomal RNA genes. It is required for their RNA polymerase III-dependent transcription and may also maintain the transcription of other genes (PubMed:24120868). Also binds the transcribed 5S RNA\'s (By similarity).
Immunogen: A synthesized peptide
Subcellular Location: Nucleus.
Tissue Specificity: Ubiquitous. Conjugation: Unconjugated. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing GTF3A are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as GTF3A may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. Abnormalities, Multiple, Congenital Abnormalities, Neurobehavioral Manifestations are some of the diseases may be linked to GTF3A Antibody. Blood, Connective Tissue tissues are correlated with this protein. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene.
