The HIST1H1D hist1h1d (Catalog #MBS6012556) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The HIST1H1D, ID (HIST1H1D, H1F3, Histone H1.3, Histone H1c, Histone H1s-2) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s HIST1H1D can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EL/EIA), Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC).Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, ELISA
Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000
Western Blot: 1:100-500
Immunohistochemistry: 1:10-50. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the HIST1H1D hist1h1d for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The HIST1H1D hist1h1d product has the following accession number(s) (GI #4885377) (NCBI Accession #NP_005311.1) (Uniprot Accession #P16402). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the HIST1H1D, ID (HIST1H1D, H1F3, Histone H1.3, Histone H1c, Histone H1s-2) with the following immunoassay(s):
Western Blot (WB) (HIST1H1D Antibody (Center) western blot analysis in MDA-MB231 cell line lysates (35ug/lane).This demonstrates the HIST1H1D antibody detected the HIST1H1D protein (arrow).)
Immunohistochemistry (IHC) (HIST1H1D Antibody (Center) immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human breast carcinoma followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of HIST1H1D Antibody (Center) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.)
Histones are basic nuclear proteins responsible for nucleosome structure of the chromosomal fiber in eukaryotes. Two molecules of each of the four core histones (H2A, H2B, H3, and H4) form an octamer, around which approximately 146 bp of DNA is wrapped in repeating units, called nucleosomes. The linker histone, H1, interacts with linker DNA between nucleosomes and functions in the compaction of chromatin into higher order structures. This gene is intronless and encodes a member of the histone H1 family. Transcripts from this gene lack polyA tails but instead contain a palindromic termination element. This gene is found in the large histone gene cluster on chromosome 6.
Immunogen: HIST1H1D antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 134-164 amino acids from the Central region of human HIST1H1D.
