|The HSPE1 hspe1 (Catalog #MBS6008275) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The HSPE1, ID (10kD heat shock protein, Heat shock 10kD protein 1, CPN10) reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s HSPE1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EL/EIA), Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunofluorescence (IF).
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry.
Dilution: Immunofluorescence: 1:100-1:500
Western Blot: 1:500-1:1000. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the HSPE1 hspe1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The HSPE1 hspe1 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #47115313) (NCBI Accession #CAG28616.1) (Uniprot Accession #P61604). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

This gene encodes a major heat shock protein which functions as a chaperonin. Its structure consists of a heptameric ring which binds to another heat shock protein in order to form a symmetric, functional heterodimer which enhances protein folding in an ATP-dependent manner. This gene and its co-chaperonin, HSPD1, are arranged in a head-to-head orientation on chromosome 2. Naturally occurring read-through transcription occurs between this locus and the neighboring locus MOBKL3.[provided by RefSeq].
Immunogen: Synthetic peptide corresponding to human HSPE1/CPN10. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing HSPE1 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as HSPE1 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. Brain Diseases, Carcinoma, Hyperplasia, Liver Diseases, Nervous System Diseases are some of the diseases may be linked to HSPE1, ID (10kD heat shock protein, Heat shock 10kD protein 1, CPN10). HSPE1 also interacts with the following gene(s): HSPD1. Brain, Connective Tissue, Embryonic Tissue, Liver, Skin, Testis, Vascular tissues are correlated with this protein.
