|The IgA n/a (Catalog #MBS220313) is an Antibody produced from Goat and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. MyBioSource\'s IgA can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistology Frozen, Flow cytometry (FC/FACS).
Immunohistology - Frozen: Minimum Dilution: 1/50; Maximum Dilution: 1/500. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the IgA n/a for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.

Goat anti Dog IgA polyclonal antibody recognises canine IgA and shows no cross reactivity with other canine immunoglobulin classes in immunoelectrophoresis or ELISA. Goat anti Dog IgA may cross react with IgA from other species. This anti Dog IgA has been shown to cross react with IgA from other canids (Frankowiack et al. 2013) and with mustelids (Martel et al. 2009).
Perservative Stabilisers: 0.09% Sodium Azide
0.2% Bovine Serum Albumin. Buffer Solution: Phosphate buffered saline
Antiserum Preparation: Antisera to canine IgA were raised by repeated immunisation of goat with highly purified antigen. Purified IgG prepared by affinity chromatography.
Target Species: Dog. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing IgA are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as IgA may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results.
