The IL-19 il19 (Catalog #MBS691255) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Rabbit Anti-Human IL-19 reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s IL-19 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EIA), Western Blot (WB).Western Blot: To detect IL-19 by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.1 - 0.2 ug/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant IL-19 is 1.5 - 3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the IL-19 il19 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The IL-19 il19 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #30795208) (NCBI Accession #NP_037503.2) (Uniprot Accession #Q9UHD0). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Human Interleukin 19 (IL-19) is a member of the IL-10 family of related cytokines. IL-19 contains seven helices and is secreted as a 35 kDa glycosylated monomer. IL-19 expression has been observed in keratinocytes and monocytes. IL-19 binds a receptor complex consisting of IL-20R alpha and the IL-20 R beta. This receptor complex is also shared by IL-20 and IL-24.
Antibody Generation: Produced from sera of rabbits pre-immunized with highly pure (>98%) recombinant human IL-19. Anti-Human IL-19 specific antibody was purified by affinity chromatography employing immobilized human IL-19 matrix. Buffer: PBS; pH 7.2. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing IL-19 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as IL-19 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. Atherosclerosis, Carcinoma, Colitis, Disease Models, Animal, Hypersensitivity, Inflammation, Kidney Diseases, Lung Injury, Lung Neoplasms, Respiratory Hypersensitivity are some of the diseases may be linked to Rabbit Anti-Human IL-19. IL-19 also interacts with the following gene(s): IL13, IL20RA, IL23A, SOCS5. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. Lung, Mixed tissues are correlated with this protein.
