|The IQCJ iqcj (Catalog #MBS2521096) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The IQCJ Polyclonal Antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s IQCJ can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EIA), Immunohistochemistry (IHC).
IHC: 1:25-1:100. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the IQCJ iqcj for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The IQCJ iqcj product has the following accession number(s) (GI #308193337) (NCBI Accession #NP_001184029.1). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the IQCJ Polyclonal Antibody with the following immunoassay(s):
Immunohistochemistry (IHC) (Immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded Human liver cancer tissue using IQCJ Polyclonal Antibody at dilution 1:35)
Immunohistochemistry (IHC) (Immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded Human brain tissue using IQCJ Polyclonal Antibody at dilution 1:35)
IQCJ (IQ domain-containing protein J) is a 159 amino acid protein that contains one IQ domain. Existing as four alternatively spliced isoforms, the gene encoding IQCJ maps to human chromosome 3q25. 32. Chromosome 3 houses over 1, 100 genes, including a chemokine receptor (CKR) gene cluster and a variety of human cancer-related gene loci. Key tumor suppressing genes on chromosome 3 include those that encode the apoptosis mediator RASSF1, the cell migration regulator HYAL1 and the angiogenesis suppressor SEMA3B.
Immunogen: Synthetic peptide of human IQCJ. Buffer: PBS with 0.05% sodium azide, 50% glycerol, pH7.3. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing IQCJ are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as IQCJ may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. Brain tissues are correlated with this protein.
