The JAK3 jak3 (Catalog #MBS9128750) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Phospho-Jak3-Y980/981 Polyclonal Antibody reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s Jak3-Y980/981 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB).WB 1:500 - 1:2000. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the JAK3 jak3 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The JAK3 jak3 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #47157315) (NCBI Accession #NP_000206.2) (Uniprot Accession #P52333). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the Phospho-Jak3-Y980/981 Polyclonal Antibody with the following immunoassay(s):
Western Blot (WB) (Western blot analysis of extracts of 293T cells, using Phospho-Jak3-Y980/981 antibody.
Secondary antibody: HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) (MBS128200) at 1:10000 dilution.
Lysates/proteins: 25ug per lane.
Blocking buffer: 3% BSA.)
The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the Janus kinase (JAK) family of tyrosine kinases involved in cytokine receptor-mediated intracellular signal transduction. It is predominantly expressed in immune cells and transduces a signal in response to its activation via tyrosine phosphorylation by interleukin receptors. Mutations in this gene are associated with autosomal SCID (severe combined immunodeficiency disease).
Route: Synthetic Peptide. Immunogen: A phospho specific peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Y980/981 of human Jak3. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing JAK3 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as JAK3 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. JAK3 also interacts with the following gene(s): CD40, IL2RB, IRS1, PTPN11, SOCS3, STAT1, STAT3, STAT5A, STAT5B, STAT6. Blood, Bone Marrow, Brain, Heart, Kidney, Liver, Lung, Spleen, Thymus, Vascular tissues are correlated with this protein. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. Breast Neoplasms, Carcinoma, Cardiovascular Diseases, Inflammation, Kidney Diseases, Liver Diseases, Lung Neoplasms, Necrosis, Neoplasms, Experimental, Vascular Diseases are some of the diseases may be linked to Phospho-Jak3-Y980/981 Polyclonal Antibody.
