The KLF9 klf9 (Catalog #MBS9126433) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The KLF9 Polyclonal Antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s KLF9 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunofluorescence (IF).
WB: 1:500 - 1:2000
IHC: 1:50 - 1:200
IF: 1:50 - 1:100. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the KLF9 klf9 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.

The KLF9 klf9 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #3913177) (NCBI Accession #Q13886.1) (Uniprot Accession #Q13886). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the KLF9 Polyclonal Antibody with the following immunoassay(s):
Western Blot (WB) (Western blot analysis of extracts of various cell lines, using KLF9 antibody at 1:1000 dilution.
Secondary antibody: HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) (MBS128200) at 1:10000 dilution.
Lysates/proteins: 25ug per lane.
Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST.
Detection: ECL Basic Kit.
Exposure time: 90s.)
Western Blot (WB) KLF9.

Immunofluorescence (IF) (Immunofluorescence analysis of A549 cells using KLF9 antibody.)
Immunofluorescence (IF) KLF9.

The protein encoded by this gene is a transcription factor that binds to GC box elements located in the promoter. Binding of the encoded protein to a single GC box inhibits mRNA expression while binding to tandemly repeated GC box elements activates transcription.

Species: Human
Immunogen: Recombinant Protein. Immunogen: Recombinant protein of human KLF9
Calculated Molecular Weight: 27kDa. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing KLF9 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as KLF9 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. KLF9 also interacts with the following gene(s): CORT, PGR, SP1, TRPM3, TXNIP. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. Adenocarcinoma, Brain Diseases, Carcinoma, Hepatocellular, Disease Models, Animal, Endometriosis, Inflammation, Liver Diseases, Liver Neoplasms, Nervous System Diseases, Thyroid Diseases are some of the diseases may be linked to KLF9 Polyclonal Antibody. Blood, Bone, Brain, Embryonic Tissue, Kidney, Liver, Muscle, Skin, Uterus, Vascular tissues are correlated with this protein.
