The LHRH IgG fraction n/a (Catalog #MBS352152) is an Antibody and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. MyBioSource\'s LHRH IgG fraction can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Histo. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the LHRH IgG fraction n/a for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.

To buy or view more detailed product information and pricing, please click on the technical datasheet page below:

The antiserum was raised in a rabbit which was immunized with a peptide analogue of LHRH covalently attached onto a carrier protein. This antiserum is specific for LHRH and is suitable for ELISA. RIA and immunoprecipitation procedures. The antiserum has been characterized by radioimmunoassay and ELISA techniques. The lyophilized antiserum should be dissolved in a buffer containing at least 1 mg/ml BSA. and then further diluted for your specific application. We recommend that the end user perform a titration experiment (starting at least at a dilution of 1:500) on their sample using their specific techniques since different laboratories use various techniques. This is a high titer antiserum that can be used in numerous types of procedures to detect and/or measure LHRH.

LHRH IgG fraction n/a

In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing LHRH IgG fraction are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as LHRH IgG fraction may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results.
