The LRCH2 lrch2 (Catalog #MBS415847) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-LRCH2 Antibody reacts with Human. Predicted: Mouse, Rat and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s LRCH2 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EIA), Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC).ELISA titer: 1:20,000-1:80,000
Western blot analysis: 1:1,000-1:2,000
Immunohistochemistry: 1:100-1:500
Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the LRCH2 lrch2 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The LRCH2 lrch2 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #115527766) (NCBI Accession #BC125224). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Testing Data
This gene encodes a member of the leucine-rich repeat and calponin homology domain-containing protein family. These family members contain multiple N-terminal leucine-rich repeats, in addition to a C-terminal calponin homology domain, a type of domain that mediates interactions with actin filaments. These proteins are conserved across animal species, and studies of a similar Drosophila protein indicate a function as a cytoskeletal scaffolding protein. Alternative splicing of this gene results in multiple transcript variants. [provided by RefSeq, Sep 2011].
Storage Buffer: PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% Sodium Azide. Immunogen: Rabbit polyclonal LRCH2 (1) antibody was raised against a recombinated human LRCH2 protein 554-742aa (BC125224). In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing LRCH2 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as LRCH2 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results.
