The LRR1 lrr1 (Catalog #MBS9213477) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The PPIL5 Antibody (Center) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s PPIL5 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), ELISA (EIA).WB~~1:1000. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the LRR1 lrr1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The LRR1 lrr1 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #45439342) (NCBI Accession #NP_689542.2) (Uniprot Accession #Q96L50). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the PPIL5 Antibody (Center) with the following immunoassay(s):
Western Blot (WB) (PPIL5 Antibody (Center) western blot analysis in HepG2 cell line lysates (35ug/lane).This demonstrates the PPIL5 antibody detected the PPIL5 protein (arrow).)
The protein encoded by this gene contains a leucine-rich
repeat (LRR). It specifically interacts with TNFRSF9/4-1BB, a
member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor (TNFR) superfamily.
Overexpression of this gene suppresses the activation of NF-kappa B
induced by TNFRSF9 or TNF receptor-associated factor 2 (TRAF2),
which suggests that this protein is a negative regulator of
TNFRSF9-mediated signaling cascades. At least three alternatively
spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been
observed.
Antigen Type: Synthetic Peptide. Antigen Source: HUMAN. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing LRR1 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as LRR1 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. LRR1 also interacts with the following gene(s): CUL2, TNFRSF9. Cell Transformation, Neoplastic, Necrosis are some of the diseases may be linked to PPIL5 Antibody (Center). Blood, Bone, Brain, Connective Tissue, Kidney tissues are correlated with this protein.
