The MARCH4 n/a (Catalog #MBS649872) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The MARCH4 (E3 Ubiquitin-protein Ligase MARCH4, Membrane-associated RING Finger Protein 4, Membrane-associated RING-CH Protein IV, MARCH-IV, RING Finger Protein 174, KIAA1399, RNF174) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s MARCH4 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC).Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
Dilution: Western Blot: 0.5-2ug/ml
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 5ug/ml. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the MARCH4 n/a for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the MARCH4 (E3 Ubiquitin-protein Ligase MARCH4, Membrane-associated RING Finger Protein 4, Membrane-associated RING-CH Protein IV, MARCH-IV, RING Finger Protein 174, KIAA1399, RNF174) with the following immunoassay(s):
Immunohistochemistry (IHC) (Human Liver (formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded) stained with MARCH4 antibody at 5ug/ml followed by biotinylated goat anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen.)
RNF174 (MARCH4) is a multi-pass membrane protein mainly found in the membrane of Golgi apparatus. It is a complex enzyme with a RING-CH-type zinc finger. It acts as an ubiquitin-protein ligase mainly involved in third step of ubiquitin conjugation. The RINGv-type zinc finger domain is required for E3 ligase activity in which the E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase mediates ubiquitination of MHC-I and CD4, and promote their subsequent endocytosis and sorting to lysosomes via multivesicular bodies. It is mainly expressed in brain and placenta.
Immunogen: Synthetic peptide corresponding to aa300-350 from human MARCH4 (KLH). In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing MARCH4 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as MARCH4 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results.
