The NDRG3 ndrg3 (Catalog #MBS9401196) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The NDRG3 Antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s NDRG3 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC).Western blotting: 1:1000-1:5000
Immunohistochemistry: 1:100-1:300. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the NDRG3 ndrg3 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The NDRG3 ndrg3 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #32130514) (NCBI Accession #NP_071922.2) (Uniprot Accession #Q9UGV2). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the NDRG3 Antibody with the following immunoassay(s):
Testing Data (Gel: 12%SDS-PAGE Lysates (from left to right): Mouse brain tissue Amount of lysate: 30ug per lane Primary antibody: 1/1050 dilution Secondary antibody dilution: 1/8000 Exposure time: 2 seconds)
Immunohistochemistry (IHC) (Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded Human brain tissue using at dilution 1/70.)
NDRG3 belongs to the N-myc down-regulated gene (NDRG) family that contains 4 paralogs: NDRG1, -2, -3 and -4. The function of NDRG3 and its relationship to cancer has not been studied. NDRG3 expression is enriched in testis and prostate using gene expression data derived from massively parallel signature sequencing from 33 different human organs. NDRG3 is also expressed in both epithelial prostate cancer cells and prostatic stromal cells at both mRNA and proteins levels.
Immunogen Type: Peptide
Immunogen Description: Synthetic peptide corresponding to residues near the N terminal of human NDRG family member 3. Target Name: NDRG3. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing NDRG3 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as NDRG3 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. Hyperplasia, Hypertension, Liver Neoplasms, Nerve Degeneration are some of the diseases may be linked to NDRG3 Antibody. Brain, Embryonic Tissue, Heart, Kidney, Liver, Muscle, Prostate, Testis, Thymus, Thyroid tissues are correlated with this protein. NDRG3 also interacts with the following gene(s): MYCN.
