The NRP2 nrp2 (Catalog #MBS127162) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The NRP2 Polyclonal Antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s NRP2 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC).WB: 1:500 - 1:2000
IHC: 1:50 - 1:200. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the NRP2 nrp2 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The NRP2 nrp2 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #215274096) (NCBI Accession #O60462.2) (Uniprot Accession #O60462). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

This gene encodes a member of the neuropilin family of receptor proteins. The encoded transmembrane protein binds to SEMA3C protein {sema domain, immunoglobulin domain (Ig), short basic domain, secreted, (semaphorin) 3C} and SEMA3F protein {sema domain, immunoglobulin domain (Ig), short basic domain, secreted, (semaphorin) 3F}, and interacts with vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). This protein may play a role in cardiovascular development, axon guidance, and tumorigenesis. Multiple transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been identified for this gene.
Species: Human
Immunogen: Recombinant Protein. Immunogen: Recombinant protein of human NRP2
Calculated Molecular Weight: 104kDa. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing NRP2 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as NRP2 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. NRP2 also interacts with the following gene(s): FLT1, PLXNA1, PLXNA3, PLXNA4, SEMA3A, SEMA3C, SEMA3F, VEGFA. Cardiovascular Diseases, Disease Models, Animal, Growth Disorders, Immune System Diseases, Inflammation, Liver Diseases, Liver Neoplasms, Lung Neoplasms, Neoplasms, Experimental, Nervous System Diseases are some of the diseases may be linked to NRP2 Polyclonal Antibody.
