The NTRK3 ntrk3 (Catalog #MBS9205658) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The TRKC Antibody (N-term) reacts with Human (Predicted Reactivity: Monkey, Mouse, Pig, Rat) and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s TRKC can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), ELISA (EIA), Immunohistochemistry (IHC).WB~~1:1000. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the NTRK3 ntrk3 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The NTRK3 ntrk3 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #59889562) (NCBI Accession #NP_001012338.1) (Uniprot Accession #Q16288). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the TRKC Antibody (N-term) with the following immunoassay(s):
Western Blot (WB) (Western blot analysis of hTRKC-C45 in 293 cell line lysates (35ug/lane). TRKC (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.)
Immunohistochemistry (IHC) (Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human cancer tissue reacted with the primary antibody, which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated. BC = breast carcinoma; HC = hepatocarcinoma.)
TRKC, a member of the insuline receptor subfamily of Tyr protein kinases, is a receptor for neurotrophin-3 (NT-3). Known substrates for the TRK receptors are SHC, PI-3 kinase, and PLCG1. The different isoforms do not have identical signaling properties. The protein is widely expressed, mainly in the nervous tissue. The isoform B is expressed in a relatively large amount in the adult brain comparatively to fetal brain. TRKC is subject to ligand-mediated auto-phosphorylation. The protein structure contains 2 immunoglobulin-like C2-type domains and 2 leucine-rich (LRR) repeats.
Antigen Type: Synthetic Peptide. Antigen Source: HUMAN. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing NTRK3 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as NTRK3 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. Brain, Embryonic Tissue, Kidney, Lung, Muscle, Pancreas, Prostate, Skin, Stomach, Vascular tissues are correlated with this protein. Aneuploidy, Breast Neoplasms, Cell Transformation, Neoplastic, Chromosome Aberrations, Death, Depressive Disorder, Disease Models, Animal, Kidney Diseases, Lung Neoplasms, Nervous System Diseases are some of the diseases may be linked to TRKC Antibody (N-term).
