The PAKgamma pak2 (Catalog #MBS9410092) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The PAKgamma (Phospho-Ser20) Polyclonal Antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s PAKgamma can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), ELISA (EIA).
Western blotting: 1:500 - 1:2000
Immunohistochemistry: 1:100 - 1:300
ELISA: 1:40000
Not yet tested in other applications. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the PAKgamma pak2 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.

The PAKgamma pak2 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #32483399) (NCBI Accession #NP_002568.2) (Uniprot Accession #Q13177). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the PAKgamma (Phospho-Ser20) Polyclonal Antibody with the following immunoassay(s):
Western Blot (WB) (Western Blot analysis of 293 cells using Phospho-PAKg (S20) Polyclonal Antibody)
Western Blot (WB) PAKgamma.

Immunogen Type: peptide
Immunogen Description: Synthesized peptide derived from human PAKg around the phosphorylation site of S20. Modification: Phospho-Ser20
Target Species: Human
Target Name: PAKg. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing PAKgamma are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as PAKgamma may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. Brain Diseases, Breast Neoplasms, Cardiovascular Diseases, Cell Transformation, Neoplastic, Inflammation, Kidney Diseases, Liver Diseases, Liver Neoplasms, Necrosis, Nervous System Diseases are some of the diseases may be linked to PAKgamma (Phospho-Ser20) Polyclonal Antibody. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. PAKgamma also interacts with the following gene(s): ARHGEF7, CASP3, CDC42, CTTN, MYC, RAC1, RAC2. Blood, Bone, Brain, Heart, Kidney, Liver, Lung, Muscle, Skin, Vascular tissues are correlated with this protein.
