The PALM3 palm3 (Catalog #MBS151518) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Paralemmin3 Antibody reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s Paralemmin3 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EIA), Western Blot (WB), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunofluorescence (IF).Paralemmin3 antibody can be used for detection of Paralemmin3 by Western blot at 1 mug/mL. Antibody can also be used for immunocytochemistry starting at 5 mug/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 20 mug/mL. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the PALM3 palm3 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The PALM3 palm3 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #222537747) (NCBI Accession #NP_001138500) (Uniprot Accession #A6NDB9). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the Paralemmin3 Antibody with the following immunoassay(s):
Western Blot (WB) (Western blot analysis of Paralemmin3 in MCF7 cell lysate with Paralemmin3 antibody at 1 μg/mL.)
Immunocytochemistry (IHC) (Immunocytochemistry of Paralemmin 3 in MCF7 cells with Paralemmin 3 antibody at 5 μg/mL.)
Immunofluorescence (IF) (Immunofluorescence of Paralemmin 3 in MCF7 cells with Paralemmin 3 antibody at 20 μg/mL.)
Paralemmin3 Antibody: Paralemmin3 is a recently identified protein that associates with the single immunoglobulin IL-1 receptor-related molecule (SIGIRR), a negative regulator of Toll-like receptor-interleukin 1 receptor signaling. Silencing of Paralemmin3 expression by RNAi inhibited the release of inflammatory cytokines in A549 cells after stimulation with lipopolysaccharide (LPS), suggesting Paralemmin3 may function as an adaptor in the LPS-TLR4 signaling pathway.
Conjugate: Unconjugated
Immunogen: Paralemmin3 antibody was raised against a 19 amino acid synthetic peptide near the amino terminus of human Paralemmin3.
Buffer: Paralemmin3 Antibody is supplied in PBS containing 0.02% sodium azide. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing PALM3 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as PALM3 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results.
