The PIN4 pin4 (Catalog #MBS648163) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The PIN4, NT (PIN4, Peptidyl-prolyl cis-trans isomerase NIMA-interacting 4, Parvulin-14, Parvulin-17, Peptidyl-prolyl cis-trans isomerase Pin4, Peptidyl-prolyl cis/trans isomerase EPVH, Rotamase Pin4) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s PIN4 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EL/EIA), Western Blot (WB).Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA
Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000
Western Blot: 1:100-500. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the PIN4 pin4 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The PIN4 pin4 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #282847476) (NCBI Accession #NP_001164218.1) (Uniprot Accession #Q9Y237). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the PIN4, NT (PIN4, Peptidyl-prolyl cis-trans isomerase NIMA-interacting 4, Parvulin-14, Parvulin-17, Peptidyl-prolyl cis-trans isomerase Pin4, Peptidyl-prolyl cis/trans isomerase EPVH, Rotamase Pin4) with the following immunoassay(s):
Western Blot (WB) (PIN4 Antibody (N-term) western blot analysis in MDA-MB231 cell line lysates (35ug/lane).This demonstrates the PIN4 antibody detected the PIN4 protein (arrow).)
This gene encodes a member of the parvulin subfamily of the peptidyl-prolyl cis/trans isomerase protein family. The encoded protein catalyzes the isomerization of peptidylprolyl bonds, and may play a role in the cell cycle, chromatin remodeling, and/or ribosome biogenesis. The encoded protein may play an additional role in the mitochondria.
Immunogen: PIN4 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 5-32 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human PIN4. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing PIN4 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as PIN4 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. Bladder, Embryonic Tissue, Liver, Prostate, Vascular tissues are correlated with this protein. Adenocarcinoma, Cholestasis, Hyperplasia, Liver Diseases, Precancerous Conditions, Prostatic Diseases are some of the diseases may be linked to PIN4, NT (PIN4, Peptidyl-prolyl cis-trans isomerase NIMA-interacting 4, Parvulin-14, Parvulin-17, Peptidyl-prolyl cis-trans isomerase Pin4, Peptidyl-prolyl cis/trans isomerase EPVH, Rotamase Pin4).
