The PLD4 pld4 (Catalog #MBS9605748) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The PLD4 Antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s PLD4 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunofluorescence (IF), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), ELISA (EIA).WB: 1:500-1:1000
IF/ICC: 1:100-1:500. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the PLD4 pld4 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The PLD4 pld4 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #94681038) (NCBI Accession #NP_620145.2) (Uniprot Accession #Q96BZ4). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the PLD4 Antibody with the following immunoassay(s):
Western Blot (WB) (Western blot analysis of extracts from Jurkat cells, using PLD4 antibody.)
Immunofluorescene (IF) (MBS9605748 staining Hela cells by IF/ICC. The sample were fixed with PFA and permeabilized in 0.1% Triton X-100, then blocked in 10% serum for 45 minutes at 25 degree C. The primary antibody was diluted at 1/200 and incubated with the sample for 1 hour at 37 degree C. An Alexa Fluor 594 conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (H+L) antibody, diluted at 1/600, was used as secondary antibody.)

In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing PLD4 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as PLD4 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. Arthritis, Rheumatoid are some of the diseases may be linked to PLD4 Antibody. Brain, Spleen tissues are correlated with this protein.
