Immunohistochemistry (IHC) (PP2C staining in normal human testis, tissue pretreated with citrate buffer, pH 6.0. MBS6004030 was diluted to 1:100, using IHC-Select® detection with HRP-DAB.)
Western Blot (WB) (Western Blot Analysis: L6 lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to PVDF membrane and probed with MBS6004030 (1:500 dilution of this lot). Proteins were visualized using a donkey anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Arrow indicates protein PP2C ALPHA/BETA (~46kD).)

PP-2 C alpha/beta is heterodimer located in the mitochondrial matrix. Within the pyruvate dehydrogenase complex, PP-2 C alpha/beta serves to catalyze the dephosphorylation and concomitant reactivation of the E1 component\'s alpha subunit.
