The RND3 rnd3 (Catalog #MBS2542227) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The RND3 Monoclonal Antibody reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s RND3 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), ELISA (EIA).WB: 1:1000-1:10000. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the RND3 rnd3 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The RND3 rnd3 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #362999085) (NCBI Accession #NP_001241667.1) (Uniprot Accession #P61587). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Western Blot (WB) (Western Blot analysis of fetal Human brain tissue using RND3 Monoclonal Antibody at dilution of 1:2000)
Rnd3, also known as RhoE, belongs to the Rnd subclass of the Rho family of small guanosine triphosphate (GTP)-binding proteins. Rnd proteins are unique due to their inability to switch from a GTP-bound to GDP-bound conformation. The basic role ofRnd3is to report as an endogenous antagonist of RhoA signaling-mediated actin cytoskeleton dynamics, which specifically contributes to cell migration and neuron polarity. Rnd3also plays a critical role in arresting cell cycle distribution, inhibiting cell growth, and inducing apoptosis and differentiation.
Immunogen: Fusion protein of RND3. Buffer: PBS with 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol, PH7.3
Conjugation: Unconjugated. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing RND3 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as RND3 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. RND3 also interacts with the following gene(s): ARHGAP5, ASCL1, GRLF1, PLXNB1, ROCK1, ROCK2, UBXN11. Adenocarcinoma, Brain Diseases, Carcinoma, Hepatocellular, Cardiovascular Diseases, Cell Transformation, Neoplastic, Liver Neoplasms, Lung Diseases, Lung Neoplasms, Neoplasms, Experimental, Nervous System Diseases are some of the diseases may be linked to RND3 Monoclonal Antibody. Blood, Brain, Heart, Intestine, Liver, Lung, Muscle, Nerve, Skin, Stomach tissues are correlated with this protein.
