The RNF19A rnf19a (Catalog #MBS9212163) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The RNF19A Antibody (Center) reacts with Human (Predicted Reactivity: Mouse, Pig) and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s RNF19A can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), ELISA (EIA), Immunohistochemistry (IHC).WB~~1:1000. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the RNF19A rnf19a for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The RNF19A rnf19a product has the following accession number(s) (GI #525459427) (NCBI Accession #NP_001267468.1) (Uniprot Accession #Q9NV58). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the RNF19A Antibody (Center) with the following immunoassay(s):
Western Blot (WB) (RNF19A Antibody (Center) western blot analysis in NCI-H460 cell line lysates (35ug/lane).This demonstrates the RNF19A antibody detected the RNF19A protein (arrow).)
Immunohistochemistry (IHC) (RNF19A Antibody (Center) (MBS9212163)immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human heart tissue followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of RNF19A Antibody (Center) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.)
The protein encoded this gene contains two RING-finger
motifs and an IBR (in between RING fingers) motif. This protein is
an E3 ubiquintin ligase that is localized in Lewy bodies (LBs), a
characteristic neuronal inclusion in Parkinson\'s disease (PD)
brains. This protein interacts with UBE2L3/UBCH7 and UBE2E2/UBCH8,
but not other ubiquitin-conjugating enzymes. This protein is found
to bind and ubiquitylate synphilin 1 (SNCAIP), which is a
interacting protein of alpha synuclein in neurons, and a major
component of LB. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding
the same protein have been reported.
Antigen Type: Synthetic Peptide. Antigen Source: HUMAN. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing RNF19A are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as RNF19A may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. RNF19A also interacts with the following gene(s): PSMC3, SNCAIP, SOD1, UBE2L3, UBE2L6, VCP.
