The SRPRB srprb (Catalog #MBS9407795) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The SRPRB Antibody reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s SRPRB can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC).Western blotting: 1:1000-1:5000
Immunohistochemistry: 1:25-1:100. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the SRPRB srprb for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The SRPRB srprb product has the following accession number(s) (GI #284795266) (NCBI Accession #NP_067026.3) (Uniprot Accession #Q9Y5M8). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the SRPRB Antibody with the following immunoassay(s):
Testing Data (Gel: 8%SDS-PAGE Lysates (from left to right): Jurkat, hela, 293T, 231 and hepg2 cell, human normal liver and bladder carcinoma tissueAmount of lysate: 40ug per lane Primary antibody: 1/500 dilution Secondary antibody dilution: 1/8000Exposure time: 5 seconds)
Immunohistochemistry (IHC) (Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded Human breast cancer tissue using at dilution 1/30.)
Immunohistochemistry (IHC) (Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded Human thyroid cancer tissue using at dilution 1/30.)
The protein encoded by this gene has similarity to mouse protein which is a subunit of the signal recognition particle receptor (SR). This subunit is a transmembrane GTPase belonging to the GTPase superfamily. It anchors alpha subunit, a peripheral membrane GTPase, to the ER membrane. SR is required for the cotranslational targeting of both secretory and membrane proteins to the ER membrane.
Immunogen Type: Protein
Immunogen Description: Full length fusion protein. Target Name: SRPRB. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing SRPRB are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as SRPRB may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. Amniotic Fluid, Brain, Esophagus, Kidney, Liver, Lung, Ovary, Stomach, Testis tissues are correlated with this protein. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. Carcinoma, Hepatocellular, Liver Diseases, Liver Neoplasms are some of the diseases may be linked to SRPRB Antibody.
