The TNK2 tnk2 (Catalog #MBS9211014) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Phospho-ACK1 (Y826) Antibody reacts with Human (Predicted Reactivity: Bovine, Mouse, Rat) and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s Phospho-ACK1 (Y826) can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Dot Blot (DB), ELISA (EIA).DB~~1:500. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the TNK2 tnk2 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The TNK2 tnk2 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #58331191) (NCBI Accession #NP_001010938.1) (Uniprot Accession #Q07912). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the Phospho-ACK1 (Y826) Antibody with the following immunoassay(s):
Dot Blot (DB) (Dot blot analysis of anti-Phospho-ACK1-pY826 Phospho-specific Pab on nitrocellulose membrane. 50ng of Phospho-peptide or Non Phospho-peptide per dot were adsorbed. Antibody working concentrations are 0.5ug per ml.)
ACK1 is a tyrosine kinase that binds Cdc42Hs in its GTP-bound form and inhibits both the intrinsic and GTPase-activating protein (GAP)-stimulated GTPase activity of Cdc42Hs. This binding is mediated by an unique sequence of 47 amino acids C-terminal to an SH3 domain. The protein may be involved in a regulatory mechanism that sustains the GTP-bound active form of Cdc42Hs and which is directly linked to a tyrosine phosphorylation signal transduction pathway.
Antigen Type: Synthetic Peptide. Antigen Source: HUMAN. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing TNK2 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as TNK2 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. TNK2 also interacts with the following gene(s): BCAR1, CDC42, EGFR, GRB2, NCK1, SNX9, SRC, WWOX. Blood, Brain, Esophagus, Kidney, Lung, Lymph, Lymph Node, Nerve, Prostate, Stomach tissues are correlated with this protein. Cardiovascular Diseases, Cell Transformation, Neoplastic, Genital Diseases, Male, Hyperplasia, Hypertension, Hypertrophy, Kidney Diseases, Liver Diseases, Lung Neoplasms, Neoplasm Metastasis are some of the diseases may be linked to Phospho-ACK1 (Y826) Antibody. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene.
