The TREX1 trex1 (Catalog #MBS5400156) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The TREX1 Antibody BIOTIN-Conjugated reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s TREX1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EIA), Immunofluorescence (IF), Immunoprecipitation (IP), Western Blot (WB).ELISA: 1:10,000
Immunoprecipitation: 1:200
Western Blot: 1:500. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the TREX1 trex1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The TREX1 trex1 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #47606216) (NCBI Accession #Q9NSU2.1) (Uniprot Accession #Q9NSU2). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

BIOTIN-Conjugated Three-prime repair exonuclease 1 Antibody
Major cellular 3\'-to-5\' DNA exonuclease which digests single-stranded DNA (ssDNA) and double-stranded DNA (dsDNA) with mismatched 3\' termini. Prevents cell-intrinsic initiation of autoimmunity. Acts by metabolizing DNA fragments from endogenous retroelements, including L1, LTR and SINE elements.
Immunogen: Synthetic peptide taken within amino acid region 220-245 on human TREX1 protein.
Expression: Detected in thymus, spleen, liver, brain, heart, small intestine and colon. Molecular Function: Exonucleus, Hydrolase, Nuclease
Structure: Homodimer. Interacts (via proline-rich region) with TCERG1/CA150 (via the second WW domain). Component of the SET complex, composed of at least ANP32A, APEX1, HMGB2, NME1, SET and TREX1. Within this complex, directly interacts with SET; this interaction does not result in TREX1 inhibition.
Subcellular Location: Nucleus, Cytoplasm, Endoplasmic Reticulum membrane; Peripheral membrane protein. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing TREX1 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as TREX1 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. Aicardi-Goutieres syndrome, Brain Diseases, Chilblain lupus 1, Congenital Abnormalities, Disease Models, Animal, Inflammation, Lupus Erythematosus, Systemic, Necrosis, Nervous System Diseases, Vasculopathy, Retinal, With Cerebral Leukodystrophy are some of the diseases may be linked to TREX1 Antibody BIOTIN-Conjugated. TREX1 also interacts with the following gene(s): ATM, ATR, IRF3, TBK1. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. Blood, Bone Marrow, Brain, Connective Tissue, Eye, Ganglia, Kidney, Mammary Gland, Skin, Spleen tissues are correlated with this protein.
