The TRIM25 n/a (Catalog #MBS6006514) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The TRIM25, ID (TRIM25, EFP, RNF147, ZNF147, E3 ubiquitin/ISG15 ligase TRIM25, Estrogen-responsive finger protein, RING finger protein 147, Tripartite motif-containing protein 25, Ubiquitin/ISG15-conjugating enzyme TRIM25, Zinc finger protein 147) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s TRIM25 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EL/EIA), Western Blot (WB).Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA
Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000
Western Blot: 1:100-500. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the TRIM25 n/a for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the TRIM25, ID (TRIM25, EFP, RNF147, ZNF147, E3 ubiquitin/ISG15 ligase TRIM25, Estrogen-responsive finger protein, RING finger protein 147, Tripartite motif-containing protein 25, Ubiquitin/ISG15-conjugating enzyme TRIM25, Zinc finger protein 147) with the following immunoassay(s):
Western Blot (WB) (TRIM25 Antibody (Center) western blot analysis in MDA-MB231 cell line lysates (35ug/lane).This demonstrates the TRIM25 antibody detected the TRIM25 protein (arrow).)
The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the tripartite motif (TRIM) family. The TRIM motif includes three zinc-binding domains, a RING, a B-box type 1 and a B-box type 2, and a coiled-coil region. The protein localizes to the cytoplasm. The presence of potential DNA-binding and dimerization-transactivation domains suggests that this protein may act as a transcription factor, similar to several other members of the TRIM family. Expression of the gene is upregulated in response to estrogen, and it is thought to mediate estrogen actions in breast cancer as a primary response gene.
Immunogen: TRIM25 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 276-306 amino acids from the Central region of human TRIM25. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing TRIM25 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as TRIM25 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results.
