The UBE2Q1 n/a (Catalog #MBS416021) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-UBE2Q1 Antibody reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s UBE2Q1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EIA), Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC).ELISA titer: 1:20,000-1:80,000
Western blot analysis: 1:500-1:1,000
Immunohistochemistry: 1:100-500
Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the UBE2Q1 n/a for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.

Testing Data
The modification of proteins with ubiquitin is an important cellular mechanism for targeting abnormal or short-lived proteins for degradation. Ubiquitination involves at least three classes of enzymes: ubiquitin-activating enzymes (E1s), ubiquitin-conjugating enzymes (E2s), and ubiquitin-protein ligases (E3s). This gene encodes a member of the E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme family. The encoded protein is 98% identical to the mouse counterpart. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008].
Storage Buffer: PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% Sodium Azide. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing UBE2Q1 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as UBE2Q1 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results.
