The ULK2 ulk2 (Catalog #MBS9201249) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Phospho-ULK2 (S323) Antibody reacts with Human (Predicted Reactivity: Mouse) and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s Phospho-ULK2 (S323) can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Dot Blot (DB), ELISA (EIA).DB~~1:500. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the ULK2 ulk2 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The ULK2 ulk2 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #217330559) (NCBI Accession #NP_001136082.1) (Uniprot Accession #Q8IYT8). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the Phospho-ULK2 (S323) Antibody with the following immunoassay(s):
Dot Blot (DB) (Dot blot analysis of ULK2 Antibody (Phospho S323) Phospho-specific Pab on nitrocellulose membrane. 50ng of Phospho-peptide or Non Phospho-peptide per dot were adsorbed. Antibody working concentrations are 0.6ug per ml.)
This gene encodes a protein that is similar to a serine/threonine kinase in C. elegans which is involved in axonal elongation. The structure of this protein is similar to the C. elegans protein in that both proteins have an N-terminal kinase domain, a central proline/serine rich (PS) domain, and a C-terminal (C) domain. The gene is located within the Smith-Magenis syndrome region on chromosome 17. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding the same protein have been identified. [provided by RefSeq].
Antigen Type: Synthetic Peptide. Antigen Source: HUMAN. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing ULK2 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as ULK2 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. ULK2 also interacts with the following gene(s): ATG13, ATG9A, GABARAPL1, GABARAPL2, MTOR, RB1CC1, RPTOR, ULK1. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. Blood, Brain, Embryonic Tissue, Heart, Kidney, Liver, Lung, Muscle, Nerve, Uncharacterized Tissue tissues are correlated with this protein. Cell Transformation, Neoplastic, Disease Models, Animal, Necrosis, Nervous System Diseases are some of the diseases may be linked to Phospho-ULK2 (S323) Antibody.
